Pipeline construction and civil infrastructure
Field Pipeline Services Pty Ltd provides pipeline construction, trenching, underground utility works, pipeline maintenance and repair, water and gas infrastructure, and project and site management services across Western Australia. All services are performed in accordance with the terms of the relevant project agreement or quote.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership and use of materials
All content, logos, graphics, images, and materials on this website, and all intellectual property rights in any deliverables produced by us, are the property of Field Pipeline Services Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Any reports, designs, plans, or other materials we provide to you remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may not be used for any purpose other than the project for which they were prepared.
4. Your Obligations
Cooperation and site access
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, to obtain all necessary permits and approvals for work on your premises, and to provide safe and reasonable access to work sites. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Scope of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Pipeline Services Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Sections 3 (Intellectual Property), 5 (Limitation of Liability), and 7 (Governing Law) survive any termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, and the federal laws of Australia applicable in Western Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services.
